Leadership

The Harvard Club of Singapore is managed by a board and officers who report to the board.  The Club welcomes its members to serve in leadership positions to serve the wider Harvard community in Singapore by joining its board and various committees.
 

  • Welly Tantono headshot

    Welly Tantono, President, is a former resident of Cabot House and graduated from Harvard with a degree in Mathematics.  She is currently an in-house lawyer in Singapore where she tries to make an impact by being a role model for her human and animal kids. Board member since 2020; Treasurer from 2020-2023; and President since 2023.

  • Andrew Nai headshot

    Andrew Nai, Vice President, completed the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School and focuses on private equity funds and investments in Aura Group. Always keen to serve and learn, Andrew has been in the HCS Board since 2017, sits on the boards of a non-profit theatre school and the oldest Chinese ceramics appreciation society in Singapore, and collects art (Asian paintings, ceramics and textiles). Board member since 2017, Treasurer from 2018-2019, and Vice President since 2024.

    CK Tan, Treasurer, graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1994. He is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Tuan Sing Holdings Limited and has spent over 20 years as CFO, fund manager and investment banker in Singapore, Hong Kong and the U.S. Treasurer and board member since 2024.

    Shayyan Qaisar, Secretary, graduated with a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. She has practiced law for over a decade and is currently an in-house lawyer in Singapore. She is passionate about learning and serving others. Shayyan enjoys reading self-help books and spending time with loved ones. Secretary and board member since 2024.

  • Benjamin Goh headshot

    Benjamin Goh graduated with a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.  He’s passionate about issues relating to digital inclusion and online safety, and is currently a product manager working to reduce scams in Singapore.  HCS member since 2019.  Board member since 2020; Treasurer from 2023 -2024.

    Shuo Jiang, holds an M.Ed from Harvard Graduate School of Education and had nearly a decade of experience in higher education, technology, and business development. She serves as the Asia Regional Director at Harvard Alumni for Education Shared Interest Group, connecting 4000 alumni globally. In her free time, she enjoys attending community events and exploring art, lifestyle, and investment topics. Board member since 2024.

    Renee Ko holds a Master in Public Administration from the Mason Fellows Program at Harvard Kennedy School. With a career dedicated to family office advisory and private wealth management for 17 years, she brings rich cross-border experience spanning the U.S., China, and now Singapore. Deeply passionate about philanthropy and non-profit work, Renee remains active in supporting social impact initiatives alongside her professional work. Board member since 2025.

  • Sandy Yeung headshot

    Sandy Yeung graduated with an ALM in Finance from Harvard University Extension School. As a US and UK qualified lawyer, she specialises in private credit and special situations and is currently working as an investment professional at a global multi-strategy fund. Sandy is an Accredited Director of Singapore Institute of Directors. Board member since 2025.

  • Dr. Jacqueline Zhan Fraise headshot

    Dr. Jacqueline Zhan Fraise completed a certificate program at Harvard Medical School. She is a graduate of Fudan University (BA) and is also a Certified Nutrition Professional (CNP, BCHN®), an Accredited Nutritionist in Singapore (ANS), and holds a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Integrative Healthcare and Clinical Nutrition. She has s​pent her career working between China, Singapore, and the United States. Jacqueline also sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) in the US. Board member since 2024.
